About Me

I am a senior lecturer in education research at the Faculty of Medicine, Nursing and Health Sciences (FMNHS), as well as an Academic Development Specialist at the Monash Education Academy (MEA). I am also a Senior Fellow (SFHEA) of the UK Higher Education Academy. At MEA, I design and deliver programs for the professional development of staff across Monash faculties for high-quality teaching. In my role as the Research Coordinator of the Monash Centre for Scholarship in Health Education (MCSHE), I primarily focus on enhancing skills, capacity, and confidence within FMNHS to conduct innovative and high-quality research within health and higher education. I am skilled in qualitative and mixed methods research design.

I have published in top-ranked education journals such as Medical Education, Academic Medicine, and Higher Education Research & Development, as well as reputable publishing outlets like Springer and Routledge. I have authored >40 peer-reviewed publications, >40 national and international conference presentations and obtained ~$300,000 in research funding.
